1. Agreement
By creating a NILify account or using nilify.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use NILify.
2. Eligibility
NILify is built for student-athletes, parents, and recruiting workflows. Athletes under 13 require a parent or guardian to create and own the account. Athletes 13–17 require parental approval before their athlete page becomes public.
3. Athlete Pages
You are responsible for the content you publish on your athlete page (including photos, film links, biographical info, and stats). Don't post anything that's illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share.
4. SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from NILify related to account verification, login codes, athlete profile setup, onboarding updates, profile sharing confirmations, and important account notifications. For users under 18, a parent or guardian may receive a one-time approval text to authorize the athlete's public NILify profile. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 5. Acceptable Use
Don't abuse the platform: no spam, no harassment, no scraping, no impersonation, no attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
7. Disclaimers
NILify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or visibility from any specific coach or program.
