What we collect
Account info you give us (name, email, phone, date of birth, school, sport, position, height/weight/GPA, photo, film links, social links). For athletes under 18 we also collect a parent/guardian phone number to send a one-time approval link.
How we use it
To create and operate your athlete page, send account verification and login codes, deliver onboarding and profile-sharing notifications, and send parent approval texts when required by age. We do not sell personal information.
What's public vs. private
Public on your athlete page: name, sport, position, school, class year, height, weight, GPA (if added), highlight film and social links, and your photo. Private: email address, phone numbers, date of birth, parent contact info.
SMS messaging
We use Twilio to deliver SMS. You opt in by entering your phone number during signup or by requesting login codes. Messages include verification codes, parent-approval links, and account notifications. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Children & parental consent
Athletes under 13 require a parent or guardian to own the account. Athletes 13–17 require a parent/guardian SMS approval before their athlete page becomes public.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard, or email support@nilify.ai to request account deletion.
