Email hello@nilify.ai with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on NILify.
• Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact information, the material at issue, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where you reside.

NILify will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
