How do I stop SMS messages?
Reply STOP to any NILify text and you'll be unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
What texts will I get?
Account verification codes, login codes, parent approval links (for under-18 athletes), profile sharing confirmations, and account notifications. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
My parent didn't get the approval text
Open your dashboard and tap "Resend parent approval." Double-check the parent number you entered. Still stuck? Email support@nilify.ai.
I'm under 13 — can I sign up?
Yes, but a parent or guardian must own the account. We'll capture their phone number during signup and send them an approval link.
How do I change my handle?
Open your dashboard → Settings → Handle. Old links will stop working once you change it.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@nilify.ai from the address on file and we'll delete your account and data within 7 days.
