Refund Policy

Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of the period.

Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the plan is non-refundable but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

If your plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Pay-as-you-go credits (AI coach minutes, premium outreach, merch credits) are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

Please email us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue—chargebacks may result in suspension while we investigate.
