Acceptable Use Policy

By using NILify you agree not to misuse the platform. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

You may not

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or chain communications to coaches.
  • Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate any person, school, or program.
  • Post fake recruiting claims, falsified offers, or misrepresented statistics.
  • Upload content you don't own or have permission to use.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from NILify by any automated means.
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or paywalls.
  • Use NILify to violate NCAA, NFHS, state, or institutional recruiting rules.
  • Use AI features to generate content that is defamatory, sexual, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by our Community Guidelines.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement or compliance authorities.
