Data Deletion Request

Sign in, open Settings → Account, and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, athlete page, uploaded media, and personal information from our active systems.

Use the form below — you don't need to be signed in. Parents and guardians can also request deletion of a minor's account here.

By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy.

Prefer email? Send a note to hello@nilify.ai with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• The athlete's account email or handle.
• For minors: a statement that you are the parent/guardian.
• Anything else you want us to confirm in writing.

We'll respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request and a limited set of records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment records for tax purposes, abuse prevention). These are not used to profile or contact you.

We will instruct our processors (email/SMS providers, analytics, hosting) to delete copies on their normal schedules. Backups roll out over time and are not used to re-populate your data.
