Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Nilify LLC, 1 Sansome Street, Suite 1400-100A, PMB 70117, San Francisco, CA 94104. Charges on your statement will appear as Nilify LLC (or our payment processor on our behalf).

Plans are billed monthly or annually based on what you selected at checkout. Charges appear on your payment method on the same day each billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing or by emailing hello@nilify.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.

We may change subscription prices. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your renewal. If you don't agree, cancel before the next renewal.

If a payment fails we'll retry for a few days and email you. If we can't collect, your plan downgrades to the free tier and premium features pause.

Prices exclude applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST) which may be added at checkout based on your billing address.
